Great ab workout

Hi all, today I'll share a very good workout for your abs with you. This workout is called a roll out. You place a barbell in front of your feet with two equally big disks on each end. Grab it at shoulder width. Than roll the bar forward till in the plank position, or even a bit further if you can ;). Than roll the bar back again and return to your starting position. Repeat for about 5 times, in 4 to 5 sets. You'll feel it the day after ;). X Rosa
